Following his graduate studies in engineering and his doctorate in electrical engineering at the Technical University of Dortmund, Dr. Thomas Stephanblome's professional career has been defined by the energy industry in all its various forms over the past 30 years. Dr. Stephanblome has been responsible for the development of regenerative and decentralized energy supply systems in both medium-sized companies and corporate structures. Before joining GETEC Group in 2019, he was Director of Global On-Site Generation Business, responsible for the development, management and growth of the Group-wide power generation business for national and international industrial customers at E.ON Connecting Energies. Since January 2022 Thomas Stephanblome has been appointed as CSO of the GETEC Group and CEO of Platform Germany.

With a degree in business administration, Marco Penzhorn started his career as a credit specialist in the corporate customer division of Unicredit Bank AG in Dresden and Munich. In 2001, he switched to the energy industry and built up the international gas trading business of VNG AG, Leipzig, with responsibility as Head of Trading and Head of Portfolio Management, among others, as well as Managing Director of the subsidiary ENERGIEUNION GmbH. Since the beginning of 2017, Marco Penzhorn has been Head of Energy Management at GETEC Plattform Deutschland and Managing Director of GETEC Energy Management GmbH. He is responsible for the procurement of all primary energy sources, including natural gas and biomass, as well as electricity marketing based on the plant portfolio of GETEC and its customers.

Dr. Hennig Lustermann is a recognized expert in the energy and real estate industry with deep expertise in the residential sector. After earning his doctorate in law, he began his professional career as a lawyer before transitioning to the energy and real estate industries. There, he quickly rose to various senior and executive positions. In 2015, he was appointed to the board of directors of URBANA Energietechnik AG and Kalorimeta AG. In 2018, he joined innogy SE as Head of Solution Management Real Estate & Public Buildings before taking over as Head of Heating & Cooling Solutions Germany at E.on Energy Solutions GmbH in 2020. At GETEC, Dr. Lustermann has been CEO of the real estate segment of the Platform Germany since 2023. With his profound expertise and extensive experience in the energy and real estate industries, Dr. Lustermann is a valuable addition to the GETEC leadership team and will contribute to the successful development of the real estate segment of the Platform Germany.
